Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Domestic Shipping
Ink Ease is 100% Australian owned and operated. We ship from our facility in Melbourne, VIC . We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
International Shipping
Ink Ease proudly offers worldwide shipping to most countries. Please note that all international orders are shipped via private courier services to ensure speed and security. We cannot deliver to international PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers; a valid physical street address is required for all global deliveries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT/GST) once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Ink Ease shipping fee. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
2. Processing & Dispatch

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before [e.g. 3:00 PM AEST] on business days will be dispatched the same day.

Processing Time: Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Costs
We use Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely.
Standard Shipping 3–7 Business Days
Express Shipping | 1–3 Business
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. While we dispatch on time, external factors (like peak periods or extreme weather) may cause delays.
4. Responsibility & Lost Parcels Under Australian Consumer Law, Ink Ease is responsible for ensuring your product reaches you.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days past the expected date, please contact us at [We need to update] . We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, a re-shipping fee may apply.
5. Damaged Items We package our products securely, but if your item arrives damaged (e.g., the seal is broken or the tube is leaking), please:

Take a photo of the damage immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, as per your consumer guarantees.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL) By default, our parcels do require a signature. If you choose "Authority to Leave" during checkout, Ink Ease is not responsible for theft or damage that occurs after the carrier has successfully delivered the parcel to your premises.
